If the cost of treatment makes it difficult for you to access care, you can ask about support through our Community Care Fund.

You do not need to tell us how much you earn.

If a funded appointment is offered, you will see a musculoskeletal (MSK) clinician who can assess your muscle, joint or movement problem and discuss suitable care.

We will contact you to discuss your enquiry. Submitting this form does not book an appointment or guarantee funding.
